Desert Island Top 5: Artists

We have all probably seen the John Cusack classic, "High Fidelity". If you haven't, do so immediately. In that movie, Cusack's character would ask for people's desert island lists: artists, songs, Side 1 & Track 1, debut albums, etc. The idea being if you are stranded on a desert, what are the 5 "things" you would bring with you. For my first post, I will create my own cliche desert island list, focusing on 5 artists I'd to listen to forever. This was extremely difficult, but I narrowed it down into a list I am comfortable with, taking into consideration discography depth, variability, and genre.
